Fee Schedule for Private Pay Clients
$225 – Diagnostic & Evaluation Session (first visit)
$175 – Regular Office Visits (55 minutes) (Individuals & Play Therapy)
$175 – Regular Office Visits (55 minutes) (Family Therapy)

Using Insurance
If you’re using insurance, Copeland Counseling can submit claims directly to your insurance company.
We can work with both in-network and out-of-network benefits, depending on your plan. For insurances
where we are in-network, we follow the contracted rates. Please note that if you use insurance, you’ll
be responsible for any deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance as determined by your plan.
Payment Options
We offer flexible ways to make payments, including cash, check, credit/debit card, Zelle, PayPal, and
HSA, so you can choose what works best for you.
