Copeland Counseling is looking for talented, passionate licensed and provisional therapists to join our growing outpatient team. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing a supportive environment where clinicians can grow their skills.

Who We’re Looking For:
* LPC, LCSW, or provisional LSW/LAC with 2+ years post-licensure experience
* Experience with children and adolescents preferred
* Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Flexible to provide sessions in-person or online
* Bilingual a plus

What You’ll Do:
* Provide therapy to a varied caseload of clients
* Conduct assessments, implement evidence-based interventions, and track progress
* Help clients achieve personal treatment goals and improve functioning
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
